Being a Woman, to me, is Being Conscious
Daring to be a Woman and daring to live your Womanhood is something truly special.
When I was very young, because of painful experiences, I found it awful to be a woman.
But precisely through these experiences, I now know how extraordinary it is to be a Woman. I wish for every woman to discover what makes her a Woman, how that feels, and what her worth is.
The worth of a Woman may never and cannot ever be defined by anyone else.
That’s why it’s called Self-Worth.
What makes me a woman?
My two beautiful sons, my need to be their mother, my compassion for all living things, my sensual and gentle body, my womb, my full breasts, my beautiful vulva, my emotions, my desire, my deep inner strength, my unconditional love for life and for people, my moments of sorrow, my intense and playful sexual power, my spontaneity, my cheerfulness, my menopausal symptoms, my need for compliments and recognition, my self-respect, my inner wisdom, my perseverance, my survival strength, my vulnerability…
Question: "What makes you a Woman? What makes you a Man?"
This discovery helps you connect more deeply with your sexuality.
These exercises are in my workbook. The Aloha meditation helps you gain deeper insights.
