Sexual power is our greatest potential — a force through which we can learn to heal ourselves, manifest our dreams, and experience life's rich stories and colorful expressions. It brings us joy, health, and a deep sense of happiness.
Yet this potential is suppressed worldwide through sexual violence, institutionalized guilt, shame, and so-called matters of honor. These have given us nothing but low self-worth, a lack of confidence, disconnection from our bodies and our sexuality, and let’s not forget: miserable sex and unbalanced relationships.
Sexual violence is a powerful tool of oppression, used to keep women (and men) small all over the world. It destroys her self-love, her power to manifest, and her inner freedom.
And yet, the world so deeply needs her heart, her softness, her openness, her compassion, her care, and her creative power, all essential for greater peace and harmony. By healing her sexual power, a woman reconnects with her self-love, her inner strength, and her true worth, and learns to embody them fully.
This is what the world longs for.
Be the change you want to see in the World (Mahatma Gandhi)
I’ve taken this journey knowing that true change begins within. Gandhi was right for sure: I must be the change I long to see in the world. I have to walk my talk!
I dove deep into myself, facing every wound, every feeling of unworthiness and self-rejection, every lack of love and respect for myself, every trace of guilt and shame around my sexuality and my body.
I crawled out of victimhood because it brought me nowhere. It hurt too much, in every part of my being, and it kept me small.
I chose personal leadership because it gave me back the power to lead my own life.
I chose life by making big, bold decisions.
I divorced, and I broke free from suffocating family, cultural, and social conditioning.
In 2012, I let go of all my possessions, sold everything I owned, and traveled to Hawaii to deepen my spiritual journey.
Through my life experiences, I learned how to work with Ho’oponopono — the ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation.
In my practice, I use Ho’oponopono and a variety of other tools to support my clients in healing their inner blocks.
Because without forgiveness, true healing is simply not possible.
Barriers and low points in my life? My life is full of them, and yet, they’ve made me inwardly free.
My life motto is this: every barrier is only as big or as small as you allow it to be.
Every low point holds the potential to become a high point if you use it to grow your self-love and self-respect.
And in doing so, you expand your sense of self-worth.
TIP: In my book, I show you the path I walked. Make sure to use the practical exercises and the powerful Aloha meditation.
